Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

3025 Mansion is committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to people with disabilities, including visitors who use screen readers or other assistive technologies and visitors with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We believe every prospective and current resident should be able to browse our floor plans, submit an application, and contact our team without barriers.

Conformance standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines are the widely accepted standard for making web content accessible, and they are the benchmark we use when we review and update this site. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, meaning most content meets the standard while some portions may not yet fully conform. We review the site on an ongoing basis and address issues as they are identified.

Measures we have taken

To make this website accessible, we have taken the following measures:

  • An accessibility menu is available on every page of this site. It is opened by the black accessibility button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  • We use clear headings, descriptive link text, and readable color combinations throughout the site.
  • We provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Pages can be navigated with a keyboard.
  • We include accessibility in our review process whenever site content is added or changed.

The accessibility menu

The accessibility menu allows each visitor to adjust the site to their own needs. Available adjustments include:

  • Text and readability: larger text in five steps, increased line height, increased letter spacing, a dyslexia-friendly font, and a plain readable font.
  • Color and contrast: high contrast mode, dark contrast mode, inverted colors, grayscale, and reduced or increased color saturation.
  • Reading aids: highlighted links, highlighted headings, paused animations, an enlarged cursor, an on-screen reading guide, and the option to hide images.

Your selections are saved on your device and are applied automatically each time you return to the site. A reset control in the menu restores all settings to their defaults at any time.

Compatibility

This website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on both desktop and mobile devices, and to work alongside common assistive technologies such as screen readers and screen magnification software. The site may not display correctly in outdated browsers that are no longer supported by their makers.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, content supplied by third-party services, such as embedded forms, maps, application portals, or documents produced outside this website, may not fully conform to the standard above. We do not control these services, but we take accessibility into account when choosing them and we raise issues with providers when we find them. If any of this content presents a barrier for you, contact us and we will provide the information or service through an alternative method.

Feedback and assistance

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you experience difficulty using any part of the site, if any content is inaccessible to you, or if you need information from this site in an alternative format, please contact us:

Phone: (213) 290-0979
Email: info@3025m.com

When contacting us, it helps to include the address of the page, a short description of the problem, and the browser and device you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days, and to propose a solution or provide the requested content in an alternative format wherever reasonably possible. Our leasing team is also available by phone to assist with any information or process available on this website, including floor plans, applications, and scheduling a tour.

Assessment and ongoing review

The accessibility of this website is assessed through self-evaluation using automated checking tools and manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation and testing of the accessibility menu. This statement is reviewed and updated when the site changes in a way that affects accessibility.
